Added details (This was a semi-annual event in the past. This year (2009) 
they are having 3 Blackjack tournaments of this size.

Qualify by receiving a suited blackjack (with a $10 or 
more bet) anytime from 11/29/08 to about 03/04/09.

Rooms are comped only if you have a record of sufficient 
play. Otherwise, they are about $55 per night for the 
tournament players.

Based on their past tournaments:
Min. bet = $100, Max. bet = $2,500
For each round, 2 advance from each table.
Standard Hilton shoe game rules. H17, BJ pays 3:2

Historically they have had about 750 to 800 players for 
this tournament. Based on those numbers, there are 6 
rounds including the final table.

A "Mulligan" will be offered for a price of $100. This 
gives you the right to change your last card dealt on a 
hand - even if the card busted your hand. You can only use 
the "Mulligan" once in each round you play. If you want 
a "Mulligan" you must purchase it at the cage before you 
sit down to play. You cannot purchase it at the table.

Many "wild cards" drawn for each round including one for 
the final table.).
