Added details (Registration on the 18th, Round one on the 19th, all 
subsequent rounds on the 20th.  Includes  2 nights 
lodinging and a welcome gift.  This appears to be the 
first tournament played with the Harrahs influence, as 
opposed to the traditional Flamingo style.  Rules not yet 
available.  Previous Flamingo Tournaments started with a 
5000 BR with limits of 100 to 5000 and no limit on last 
hand of final table final.  Harrahs typically allows 
rebuys to the first round with no wild cards.  The 
Flamingo typically had wild card drawings to all rounds 
subsequent to the first round.  There was no mention of 
either in the invitation.  Invitation was sent by the 
Director Special Events and Promotions Harrhas Las Vegas 
and Flamingo Las Vegas.
